Well, it is a new year, and a new term at school. I'm settled in back at the flat after a lovely holiday season, and my work/class schedule is beginning to settle into a nice routine, which is always nice. Other recent adventures include: - A trip to the Biltmore Estate with the Company of Thorin Oakenshield Jo-the-Roommate (really, we had the Key to the Lonely Mountain and everything) (we did not encounter any dragons). - The fridge died! And so it was that an unusually busy fall term came (almost) to an end, for finals had concluded, and there was much rejoicing. There was also a lot of celebratory tea. Tomorrow the flatmates and I head out on an adventure to see The Hobbit; we procured the soundtrack yesterday and have been playing it very loudly. It's not that The Roommate and I can pretty much sing the entire "Blunt the Knives" (I call it "Crack the Plates" but whatever) song, except we totally can.
